Low compensation and when I say low, I mean the lowest in the Financial Advisor industry. If you see good reviews on here, most of them are over a year old... And that is for a reason. Management are bullies, there is rarely any recognition for work well done. A very hostile work environment. I have been here a little over a year and I say with confidence that this is the worst management team I have ever seen. If you have another opportunity take it...
