This bank has rapidly become a big bank with its culture. It's extremely "tic-mark" oriented from a sales perspective. The management preaches "do what is right for the customer," but in reality, it's sell products or you're out of a job.

Bare bones staff at branches Extreme pressure to sell to customers No matter how much or little you work/sell you get the same raise as the laziest employee- no point in even trying. It only gives the manager a bigger bonus. Management less friendly under new pressure and goals Hires managers that do nothing and get bonuses that should go to the hard working staff. Manager had no knowledge of banking policy or even how to open accounts- was just a social butterfly. Time off is very difficult to get and often given to favorites first
