      Pros

      Stable employment, company continues to hire while everyone else is being laid off.

      Cons

      This company is very cheap. Pay feels very much on the low side. Overbearing bureaucracy makes this company unsuited for self-starters and anyone who actually wants to get work done. Laptops have 14 inch screens so external monitors are a requirement to get anything done. Benefits are not available to domestic partners unless mandated by the state of residency.

      Pros

      Great benefits with a good work/life balance, and the compensation was aligned with the average salary for my role.

      Cons

      No structured training plan, very informal with no handbook or training manuals to refer to. Also lacked controls in place to check work of new hires. They had unrealistic goal expectations. We were required to QA a certain amount of tickets per day regardless of the complexity or whether we had non-productive time on a given day such as meetings, trainings, or other non-productive activities. You were still expected to complete the same amount of tickets every day even if you had several hours of non-production time. Very unrealistic expectation.
