      Pros

      Job growth opportunities, leadership, transparency/information sharing, job design flexibility, great culture.

      Cons

      Compensation is not at the high end compared to some other banks, but it is competitive. That said, the pros more than outweigh the extra $ I could get by going elsewhere.

      The only pro I can think of are some of the amazing clients I met during my time working here.

      Cons

      Upper management is desperately out of touch with what goes on in the branches. Extremely sexist behavior when it comes to men and women. I experienced sexual harassment on the job and reported it to HR with no real follow up or follow through. Even when exceeding my goals and breaking records I still was not compensated properly nor was I treated with any amount of dignity or respect. The lack of color at FCB is astonishing for this day and age as well.
