      Pros

      Upper management seems nice and supportive. You have a choice if you don't want to or want to work on few Saturdays. Good amount of PTO's.

      Cons

      Cary branch is the worse to mention. Depends on how your manager is, since there is no one else to validate manager's within those closed walls. Managers can do whatever they like to do within the team! My manager was disrespectful, very manipulative and it was not easy to get PTO's!! Again, not all managers are same.

      Best PTO plan I've ever had. 4 weeks to start, goes up after 3 years. Managers are flexible. Consistent opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      Demanding. Expect to work 40 hours minimum depending on departments. Central operations and branch operations need more parity.
