      Worst to work in tech devision.

      Pros

      FCB India tech division is a Tamil divison if you are not a tamil you can't grow to good role in the organization. Dont have oppurtunities for learning. Highly beauracratic and us teams doesn't allow any decisions to be made in India as well treats them as slaves. Not recommended. Unethical behaviour complaints are not taken serious by HR. If you are Tamilian and can work with US guys to make money easily under the table.

      Staff was friendly but the technology and knowledge were not up to date. However everyone was friendly.

      Cons

      Too much process, no new technology or innovation. Average Management not really open to change but more open to getting third party tools
