Great benefits but you will definitely overwork yourself

Pros

They have unlimited PTO. The people are nice.

Cons

You will work nights and weekends, even though the listed hours are regular banking hours. There is always some production issue going on. They are always changing their business processes. You will be working more than 40 hours every work. They do not have enough qualified technical staff.
