      Pros

      Hours, holidays, PTO, and benefits are great.

      Cons

      Trying to generate new business is difficult because every other bank has the exact same products. Many other close branches competing for crumbs. Only a small percentage of BM,s make commissions. Tellers constantly asking customers to cross sell is a tough group to manage.

      Great coworkers and non stressful environment.

      Cons

      This bank does not know how to keep up with the big banks or maybe is not interested in being aggresive and well recognized by the entire community. The big banks are getting the mortgage leads because they recognize which shark employees to keep and which ones should be let go of.
