The company offers a flexible hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote. Benefits are excellent, schedules are balanced, and the work environment is supportive. Management encourages professional growth and provides training opportunities, while also offering strong job security.
Cons
Internal communication is generally good, though there is room for continued improvement. During busy seasons, management provides strong support to help teams succeed, and the challenges are similar to what can be found in most organizations.
