First Command’s mission, vision, and core culture makes this an incredible company to be a part of. Now into my seventh year, I confidently feel this is my work home till I retire. Leadership listens and acts based feedback and employee input. The company’s culture is focused on giving back to our nation’s military and rewards participation and great work at every point in your career. For me, I have found my home.
