      Great Career for those that want to make a difference

      Pros

      Working here allows you to do something every day that makes a difference in others lives. The culture here is so supportive that it feels like family even while working hard. Opportunity abounds for those that want to make a difference.

      Cons

      Owning your own business, while rewarding, requires a certain level of maturity and dedication. If that is for you, it is more than worthwhile.

      Amazing Culture and Purposeful Mission

      Pros

      It is like someone took the best parts of military service (camaraderie, focus on mission, integrity, culture) and combined them with a mission (Coaching Those Who Serve in Their Pursuit of Financial Security) to create an awesome company to work for! You will be hard pressed to find an organization filled with so many like minded and selfless individuals!

      Cons

      From my perspective it is hard to find a con, however, our Financial Advisors are Independent Contractors and that business model is not for everyone. However, if it is for you, the results are amazing!
