Cons

If your not in the in crowd your an outcast. People talk behind backs Managers talk about employees to employees and other people from other departments

Pros

Personally have excellent district manager and local team. Company seems to genuinely care and trying to be better. Area manager buys lunches for team etc to show appreciation. Wish pay was a little better but the industry itself is low for what we are required to know

Cons

It gets harder and harder to hit the goals they set to earn any bonuses. There are a million requirements that have to be met just perfectly or it doesn’t count toward the bonus. Can be depressing to not get credit for hard work.
