Avoid - Micromanagement

Pros

Enjoyed working with my clients.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch and love to micromanage and set unrealistic sales goals, especially for top performers. This leads to the best employees leaving.

Decent place to work

Pros

Personally have excellent district manager and local team. Company seems to genuinely care and trying to be better. Area manager buys lunches for team etc to show appreciation. Wish pay was a little better but the industry itself is low for what we are required to know

Cons

It gets harder and harder to hit the goals they set to earn any bonuses. There are a million requirements that have to be met just perfectly or it doesn’t count toward the bonus. Can be depressing to not get credit for hard work.
