Pros

Bank holidays, 3 weeks time off

Cons

Low pay. Operations is a joke. The will be closing with the next year for sure due to their process and the workers lack of motivation

Horrible place to work

Pros

Unless you are a teenage drama queen and love gossip, you will want to throw yourself off the 16th floor every day you work here.

Cons

Lending management is the worst. Fortunately one of them is on the way out soon if he keeps up his eating patterns. Credit department is broken and doesn't pay analysts enough to keep them once they are trained

Pros

PTO is one of the few worthy benefits this bank offers. The bank holidays are nice too!

Cons

Poor management throughout the company. Middle management is filled with "yes men." And you don't argue with management because they are always right. Poor morale with the employee base. You can't go a day without seeing or talking to someone who is fed up with the place and overworked. Departments are completely under-staffed. Company is doing all it can to save a penny. Is First Commonwealth that bad off? Pathetic approach to employee recognition. They put your name on the employee website and on a piece of paper. "Good job" Don't work here if you have a family. You will be expected to put them on the backburner because management says so
