Pros

Caring employees at branch level

Cons

Used to be a good place to work til the board got greedy and upper management was changed. Used shaddy downsizing and moral has gone way down since 4th quarter 2015. A joke to even enter a branch anymore. Always way understaffed. Feel bad for all the employees

Pros

They really care about their employees and mostly everyone there is really nice. The benefits are excellent, and they are pretty good at being flexible with schedules especially for families.

Cons

Systems are old and slow. A big hodgepodge mess of things. I have at least 15-20 userids/passwords to keep track of

Pros

It gives you a well rounded retail banking skill set. You perform many operational functions in the office. The position is very similar to a personal banker.

Cons

The company does not support you with many co-workers/staff. So, your workload sometimes is very large and you also simultaneously have to service all clients that come in.
