Too many disconnects

Pros

Reasonable work/life balance. Friendly coworkers. CEO is a genuine person and engaged with employees. C-Suite seems capable.

Cons

Too many employees fail upward while quality employees can’t advance because they are too valuable in their current role. The company seems to prefer shuffling the chairs around instead of identifying and addressing issues, so the same people cause problems in new areas. DE&I is sorely lacking. Input is requested and then ignored.
