Deadend Job for retirees

Pros

Your kids can join you in your cubicle everyday after school and management wouldn’t care about other employees or their work.

Cons

Clear nepotism in company hierarchy. Deadend positions taking up space and using at least 2X manpower in most cases. very little chance for growth. Management is unaware or unwilling to accommodate talent or new ideas.

Pros

I have met some of the best people working here. There are many opportunities to advantage and try different departments that work for you. The company is very flexible.

Cons

The benefits are pretty bad compared to other bigger banks or other companies in general. No maternity leave is offered. The culture feels like if your liked by the higher ups then a management position is your whether or not you are fit or qualify for the job. There is very much a "click" mentality.
