Pros

Caring Family atmosphere. The entire Bank is extremely welcoming and down to earth. They truly put the community first in all their endeavors.

Cons

Training was a little hard to come by when I initially started working here. I had no back ground in Banking and had to learn fast. It was a fire hose of information to digest.
