      The work itself was wonderful and rewarding.

      Management needed to learn how to be people and not focus solely on numbers. Communication was terrible.

      Definitely put in the time and learned a lot. Ok when you are first starting out in banking.

      Cons

      It's rather shameful how this company pays its employees so low. Its no wonder the turnover rate is so high. No communication and low pay. Managers need a lesson in leadership and growth.
