      Pros

      Small town bank means you know your customers. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Administration is rarely on the same page with each other. Favoritism Regional manager lacks basic knowledge of hiring her staff. Sexual harassment is not taken seriously, as well as work place bullying. Only making roughly a dollar more than staff and being the “right hand” to the branch manager is NOT enough pay, especially when the branch manager doesn’t do anything except for take personal calls all day on his cell phone.

      Pros

      The benefits are great for matching into a 401k and a pension plan. The people you work with are happy therefore the environment is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Not the most competitive salary.
