      Pros

      Definitely put in the time and learned a lot. Ok when you are first starting out in banking.

      Cons

      It's rather shameful how this company pays its employees so low. Its no wonder the turnover rate is so high. No communication and low pay. Managers need a lesson in leadership and growth.

      Pros

      Good family atmosphere, with limited budget emphasis placed on cutting cost. Great hours, minimal work. Great people and great customers at this location.

      Cons

      No marketing dollars spent, limited growth opportunities. Lack of leadership in the organization, no bonus for the year. Some facilities need maintenance.
