Pros
Hours, most weekends off, work freedom can ask help when we need it but managers are not on your case all the time, holiday pay and most federal holidays off and some good coworkers.
Cons
Pay, no bonuses even in a pandemic which is unappreciated, not on the same page as a whole, favoritism, and not be reprimanded when you do something wrong but others can do the same thing and get in trouble.
