      The benefits are great for matching into a 401k and a pension plan. The people you work with are happy therefore the environment is enjoyable.

      ESOP, hours of operation, services.

      Cons

      Low pay, very little PTO, upper management not personable, few opportunities unless located in/around Terre Haute. Didn't feel important to the bank, always felt like another number.
