Small teams with large amout of work. Working projects as a single developer or sometimes a team of 2-4 that would normally have teams 5-10. Also needed to split attention between 2-4 large projects made it difficult to work effectively. Very low pay.

Unprofessional and untrained management. No opportunity for advancement unless you are a favorite, in which case you can get positions that you are not qualified for. So much down time that there is nothing to do at all. Health care benefits must be paid for. Yearly raises are 3% at most. Managers share confidential employee conversations with other employees and constantly gossip. Base pay is $10.50 which is relatively low compared to other banks. Referral incentives are crap.
