      Pros

      Strong financial institution with a clear vision of where they are going. Great ESOP and profit sharing programs. Employees are like family. Very active in community.

      Cons

      Traditional, conservative values to the extent they stifle innovation and progress. Severely antiquated digital banking options that continuously suffer outages. Tends to be very cliquish in management.

      Gain an abundance of experience

      Cons

      Whew. Well, the company's creed is "Putting YOU First." That's you, as in the customer, not the employee. As an employee, you're last. Always. Want a raise? Management tells you that you're already making too much. Informed I could never take a two-week vacation. Benefits are horrendous. Advancement is incredibly limited.
