There are really no good pros to working for this company.
Cons
The pay is absolutely terrible. The highest percent yearly is 5% and they never give that, at max maybe 4% if you’re buddy buddy with execs. Also if you’re a female, good luck ever getting paid fairly, VERY sexist & conservative. They never will match inflation. This place is so behind in advancement and keeping up with other competitors, unless you are a customer they really could care less about you. Vacation time is terrible, you are given 10 days PER year, and have to consecutively take 5 days at some point. This company is a joke and not worth your time or stress. Run as far as you can from this company.
