Benefits are ok and you can't beat bankers hours.

Cons

Favoritism for sure. This is a company who actually prides themselves on how much they can pile on one employee. Upper management feeds you lies and promises upward mobility but it never actually happens.

Finding it hard to list pros to this.

Cons

They do not provide for employees. It is company-first and they WILL NOT care about you beyond numbers. I have seen several people bullied into quitting. You can get paid better elsewhere. You cannot advance or change departments without permission from a manager. There is zero flexibility with work from home. Management is not held accountable for their failings. You are expendable, do not let them convince you otherwise.

The pay is awful compared to other banks. They sent an email saying the biggest mistake they’ve seen is people leaving the bank for $20k-$40k more per year…. Everything is so old school.
