Business Outlook
Pros
Provides a relaxed environment with a lot of free time. Flexible schedule and decent hours. Large focus on customer service and getting to know customers. Referral goals are very manageable.
Cons
Unprofessional and untrained management. No opportunity for advancement unless you are a favorite, in which case you can get positions that you are not qualified for. So much down time that there is nothing to do at all. Health care benefits must be paid for. Yearly raises are 3% at most. Managers share confidential employee conversations with other employees and constantly gossip. Base pay is $10.50 which is relatively low compared to other banks. Referral incentives are crap.
