Pros
I have gotten hands on many tools and experience in many processes that give me a boost in my career. They do hire lots of minorities and females.
Cons
Everyone is overworked, underpaid and wrung out like a sponge. There are promises of profit sharing that you may or may not get depending on factors outside employee control. There have been promises that are broken. There is no career pathing or incentive to stay. It's a great place to start, get experience and then get the heck out. Most people are 40% under what the normal market pays.
