Pros

Employer covers a large portion of the medical benefits, so cost to employees is lower.

Cons

Poor annual salary increases (but large bonuses for upper management); poor tools and technology; lots of unnecessary department politics and infighting.

Good Company, Bad Manager

Pros

Good company culture Good benefits Most people are nice and a pleasure to work with

Cons

Like they say, your manager makes or breaks a job. Mine was in short, terrible. A lot of catching up to do in terms of technology Projects, decisions, and actual progress take longer than they should. KIC is like a grey dungeon. They make you pay for parking too. Pay is not the best
