Good Benefits, unequal Pay

Pros

Really great people to work with.

Cons

I started in the front as a teller, I was told if I wanted to make more money to move and go into different areas. I did. And I got a 2% raise based upon basically the starting pay at the bank. I have been asked to take on more duties after being told bank-wide there would be no raises. I make 59 cents over the minimum at the bank and I have been with the bank for over 5 years.

Pros

Management is nice and friendly, but ineffective.

Cons

Impossible to get new accounts as management is afraid to rotate unopened prospects from large producers.
