Pros

Coworkers are nice and friendly. Can use the restroom whenever. They have a cafeteria, hot water, and coffee. Vending machines are reasonably priced. The cafeteria has only a few menu choices that change every day, healthy stuff like taco salad.

Cons

Working in the check accounting offices is really stressful. The Manpower temp workers get $9.25 an hour. FHB employees under $15 an hour starting. Mondays and Fridays you work until everything is cleared. Tues-Thurs are pretty slow so they cut you loose early. You end up with 30-36 hours a week. It is a work grind. Breaks are unpaid half hours.

Pros

Amazing benefits (401K, Health Insurance, Retirement, Dental, Education reimbursement, etc...), On-The-Job Training and Certifications, clear management tiers, and easy horizontal mobility.

Cons

Old school management styles, severe office politics, and low pay scales.
