Pros

FHB is truly Hawaii ohana (family) style - the employees are great and management is accessible and open-minded. Goals are shared; and everyone works together. The benefits package at FHB is rock solid.

Cons

Company runs very lean, sometimes that leads to overtime due to under-staffing. Technology lags behind the industry but recently FHB is working to catch up.

Great work environment. Senior managment accessable to discuss various topics. Family like feeling where people care about you. Worked at another bank and you had to watch your back.

Cons

Higher staffing levels would help at all levels.
