Pros

Complete healthcare/insurance benefits, monetary bonuses/incentives, and family atmosphere

Cons

Employees often point the blame at each other, management always say "I don't know" even though they should know, you can't always pick how you want to use your benefits (ex. paid leave), and super rude customers. For the last con, that's at least here in Guam... customers would often spit on you, point their fingers at your face, cuss at you, and throw their cash/cards/and paper slips to you. Whenever we raise this issue to management, they say "I don't know/that's not my job".
