Pros

Remote work is great if you don't mind sitting all day. Pay could be better for what you do in this role.

Cons

Changes are constantly being implemented without thorough explanation. Workload is way too heavy for one person, with a support person. Emails are heavy, which doesn't always allow you to get everything done. They promote too quickly before you're ready. They need to hire English speaking people, as overseas people are hard to understand/communicate with. Clients have unrealistic expectations.
