      Pros

      Great training and opportunity to work on new accounts as well as teller side. Job matrix lets you know where you stand in that grade level and how much you can earn. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      The last few months dealing with employee turnover. Lots of changes pushed out to the frontline that use to be handled by another department.

      Very friendly environment. We have Employee Engagement Survey every year that shows upper management cared about employee.

      Cons

      The pay is about 20% below market.
