      Pros

      Everyone here is very nice and welcoming. My branch is smaller, so we are all pretty close. I have enjoyed working here. I get paid sick time, vacation time, 401K, and accidental death insurance as a part time employee

      Cons

      Just like with most banks, there are a lot of regulations to follow, and that can sometimes be overwhelming

      They offer a lot of training and provided opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      They had no problem adding to the work load but would not offer or listen to suggestions for accomplishing them.

      Pros

      No drive thru and M - F schedule availability.

      Cons

      There is a lot of confusion because management does not know the processes/functions so there is no personal training. Management does not like to be bothered so should you have questions you may get a negative response.
