Cons

They are not always clear on their intentions. Layoffs came out of nowhere with little to no warning.

Pros

Everyone I have worked with has been great help and will usually do so happily.

Cons

Certain projects need more or less management - some project owners or managers like to micromanage, while others seem overburdened and can't do as much as they could/should.
