Pros

for direct line staff, the flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and flexibility in professional development opportunities are unbeatable. most of the mid-managers are pretty strong and support their staff. direct line staff can easily take PTO without feeling guilty, and can freely take mental health days.

Cons

the outcome and productivity metrics can be tough to meet, and at times feel unrealistic. the pay is good, but could be better for the bay area

Pros

Coworkers are great, that's about it.

Cons

Management, horrible, total disaster. Extremely high turnover. About 3-5 people leave First Place in a month! Staff cares more about their reviews and getting a raise than the youth.
