Pros

Team that I worked with was helpful and nice. I met new life friends there. Benefits were pretty good. Pay was okay but in my opinion not enough for how much they run you. I liked the flexibility in my schedule as for as being able to work on my own. Holiday parties were great for the youth.

Cons

They rush everything and then turn and point the finger of it’s not perfect. A lot of the meetings were pointless and a waste of time when you don’t have a voice in them. HR is/was horrible. They still owe me money they stated they would reimburse. During exit and then turned around and started ignoring emails. I could take them to court but who really has time during a pandemic and SIP. The program would be amazing if they focused on the youth and not the numbers they have to meet. The turn over for YA were a headache. Most kids didn’t know who there YA was or had not heard from them. Will not reimburse you also for damage to your property unless a youth actually did it. You use your car, bike, etc. parking is extremely expensive and they only reimburse up to $100 a month. I was not supposed to do any over time and they constantly called me after hours, supervisors included. They are also pretty stuck in their ways of doing things even when it cost the company more to do it the way they continue to do it.

Pros

Open to change and growth. Good non profit for outcome oriented employees who have a passion to support others. Good pay for the flexible hours.

Cons

Work/life balance can get the best of you if your not on top of your time management
