I’ve been with First Pointe Management Group for 8 years, and my experience has been incredibly rewarding. I started as an Assistant Property Manager and, through dedication and the company’s strong support system, worked my way up to a Property Manager role. The management team and overall an enjoyable work environment. The management team that I’ve worked with from at the top seem to me to care about your overall growth. I’ve truly enjoyed working with my team in my everyday to day task. I’ve had a fair experience with different companies and I would say First Pointe is great at caring for its employees and providing an environment where you can succeed at your job.
