Pros

You get commission on every apartment you lease or renew. The benefits are amazing and the company is a great company.

Cons

Advancement is better within the company and has restrictions. For example one year requirement for moving up. It definitely puts a damper on excelling.

They send you to a resort for their yearly company retreat

Cons

Micro managed up to your eyeballs; human resources absolutely has NO clue what they're doing; RMs don't have enough industry knowledge, training is laughable; technology is not up to date and they are unwilling to listen on how to improve. Company will not tell their employees or the residents the truth. They will lie to residents and expect you to maintain the cover up.
