Cons
Weak development path for advancement. Staff has been cut to the absolute minimum in each role. You can feel isolated in your position with no mentor, so you are on your own, sink or swim. This can lead to employees feeling like management does not care, the truth is that there is very few layers and they are stretched so thin they don't have time to address employee issues.
