too many chiefs not enough indians.... the place is so understaffed in the departments that actually are doing the work can't get quality people to work there because all of the production workers are under paid for the amount knowledge required to run the lines. used to have a good training program but now it is a joke

Great job if you dont have a family or other interests outside of work. Otherwise it will become an issue.

The company is a clean place to work. The overall atmosphere is very condusive to the employees needs. Nice place to work.

Cons

A lot of the time people have no idea what their job is when they come into work from day to day.
