First Quality is an excellent company and I am proud to be a part of the team. First Quality is a large company, but still has that small family owned culture. I have worked for many companies and it is the culture which really sets them apart. They have an open door policy to all management levels. Everything is centered on respect, integrity and credibility. First Quality truly cares about their employees and promotes from within. They are also very team oriented and everyone on the team has a can do attitude. The customer is always the top priority and First Quality is committed to doing the right thing. The company focuses on the long term and is financially sound. First Quality is a leader in the healthcare industry and positioned to continue to grow well into the future.
