Pros

Used to be ownership, grew too fast for them to keep up their hands on approach. Continuously brought in outside senior management rather than let the management they actually developed lead the business. Experienced the growth first hand 2002 to 2013, then shown the door, basically for purposes of them prepping my division for sale, which took another 4 years to close. Committed my 20s and early 30s to help grow the business, only to be thrown out with no explanation. Tore my family apart, I committed so much and in the end was left with nothing. Do not recommended for young professionals, dangerous atmosphere.

Pros

Excellent company and some excellent people at all levels. I want to see them succeed.

Cons

Many of the excellent people at all levels had burnt out and left. In those scenarios, their workloads were often passed off to someone else as opposed to finding a replacement.
