Can be a bit rough if you are not prepared to wear multiple hats

Management was largely unprofessional and lacked true subject-matter expertise. While they understood the basic functions of the job and how to issue directives, their decisions were often driven by emotion rather than policy or best practices. Bankers were clearly favored and treated as the “darlings” of the organization, while Banking 101 fundamentals were inconsistently applied—neglected both at the retail and management levels, yet strictly enforced for middle-office roles. There was a noticeable emphasis on appearances and internal hype surrounding certain individuals in leadership, rather than on competence or accountability. Operational updates and information requests were handled inconsistently, with decisions too often influenced by personal bias rather than standard procedures. The company heavily emphasized deposits and customer service, and the tone was clear: client satisfaction took priority, even at the expense of quality control and compliance. This created an environment where surface-level results were celebrated, while deeper operational integrity was overlooked.
