Pros

-Great team! Lots of co-worker support. -Sense of pride. -Service is really appreciated. -Support for personal development ventures. -Flat hierarchy.

Cons

-SF corporate office is great, but the branches are small, so you have to be prepared to work in a small office. (Some may see this as a pro) -Structured and sometimes monotonous work days.

IT department gets not respect!

Pros

Classic nine to five environment; job never required anything more than what was expected inside of normal working hours. Lots of PTO time for full time employees. It seems like full timers take one day off every few weeks in addition to vacations.

Cons

Heard a lot of grumbling about how internal politics divide the IT department. No feeling of unity nor shared responsibility. Some decisions seemed arbitrary and personal without communicating a real justification, in a dominant/submissive type relationship rather then fostering sense of community and shared responsibility.
