First Resonance has fantastic company values and proactively demonstrates them. The founders are passionate, kind, inspiring leaders. You are given encouraging direction and the proper tools to take charge of your role. They offer competitive wages and benefits. Team building events are very important at First Resonance, and they are extremely worthy when working with others to create a collaborative environment. They believe in taking care of their employees and empowering them to do the very best they can.

Cons

As a start-up, it's a 'Build the plane while you’re flying it' mentality so there are still uncharted waters that require proper navigation. There are lots of jobs to fill, but once the whole team is assembled the possibilities will be endless.
