Nice coworkers to have lunch with

CEO is an engineer who thinks he knows best, but has no business acumen and makes short sighted and poor strategic decision. The product breaks all the time and customers are churning as a result. Product team in name only, with no ability to deliver. I'd be surprised to see this company last past this funding round.

Talented and extremely hard working co workers, genuinely cool customers.

Where to start. The last event that happened was a sizeable layoff, including the entire CS team. All of the 5 star reviews in the last few months were either pressure tactics from management or completely fraudulent. No product updates have been made in a year, we’ve openly scammed and deceived. Sales team all got fired or left too. Prior reviews were all 1-2 stars and that’s an accurate reflection. multiple of the laid off people had been here for only months, or less, and were promised the moon (whoops!) Do NOT join.
